We are looking for a new team member to help us manage more pupils, more communities….and more energy savings. If you’ve got an eager eye for energy saving opportunities and related expertise, have some experience of working with primary school aged children and have experience of managing and monitoring community projects…then we’d love to hear from you.
The two questions we’d like you to consider in your application are:

What ideas do you have about how the programme could evolve in the next 5 years?
The new Energy Heroes team member will be required to be a dedicated and highly motivated (and motivational!) professional.
The role is for 4 days a week, term time only (38 weeks a year), to begin mid September 2023. Possibility for job sharing.
Initially the role is for one year but with a view to this developing into a 5-year position.
This is a flexible role where responsibilities will include; marketing the programme, recruiting schools and building on partnerships with stakeholders, managing and monitoring budgets and work plans, reporting to and co-ordinating Trustee activities and related charitable obligations.
The successful candidate will become part of a small team, within a wider network of interested, expert groups.
The application deadline is midnight 14th July. Interviews will take place in-person in Leeds between 10:30am and 2:20pm on Tuesday 25th July.

The post holder will undertake the appropriate level of training so that they can work responsibly, ensuring that they understand and work within the safeguarding policies of the organisation.
